Astute Opportunities Inc. has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to Astute Opportunities Inc. is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Astute Opportunities Inc. will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Terms & Conditions

1. Renter agrees it has received all items in good and working condition and will promptly return all rented items in that condition on the agreed upon Return Date.
2. Renter agrees not to sell, alter, repair, disassemble or modify any equipment without written permission of Astute Opportunities Inc. and shall use them in a careful and proper manner in full accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and specifications.
3. Renter agrees it will pay for the repair cost of any damaged items, and the replacement cost of any lost or unrepairable item(s) (including spares provided).
4. Renter agrees it shall bear the the risk of any items lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed  while it remains in the possession of the renter.
5. Renter agrees it will pay all costs incurred by Astute Opportunities Inc. to collect the Total Due and /or recover it’s items, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
6. Renter agrees these terms can only be modified in a writing signed by an officer of Astute Opportunities Inc.
7. Astute Opportunities Inc. reserves the right to charge a damage waiver to cover damage or loss of equipment while in the customers care. This damage waiver indemnifies the customer from being charged for damaged arising out of normal use of the equipment.  It does not, however, indemnify the customer against willful neglect of Astute Opportunities Inc. properties.
8. The renter agrees to have read these terms and conditions prior to renting any equipment from Astute Opportunities Inc.

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Astute Opportunities Inc..
